These terms cover the use of this website and the assembly and installation work Assemblix Assembly & Installation carries out. Booking work with us means you are happy with what is set out here.
Anything we quote before seeing the job is an estimate, not a fixed price. If the work turns out to be bigger than described, or parts are missing or damaged, we will tell you what it changes before we carry on. Prices quoted are good for 30 days.
We book a time window rather than an exact minute, because job lengths vary. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can. If nobody is home when we arrive, or the space is not ready for us to work in, we may have to reschedule.
Please have the items, the parts and the space ready and accessible. For anything that mounts to a wall, tell us about wiring, plumbing or anything else behind the surface that we would not be able to see.
We assemble and install products made by other companies, and we follow the manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for a product being faulty, for parts the manufacturer left out, or for a design that is not suited to where you want it. We stand behind our own workmanship. If something we assembled or installed is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Apple Pay, cash, check, credit card, Google Pay, PayPal, Square, Venmo and Zelle. No payment is taken through this website.
